I have a professional dance background in addition to my Yoga and Pilates certification. I am creative in how I present movement and exercise to my clients and always find a way to make it enjoyable for them. My clients like my flow and feel the difference in their body early on. Overall, I look to make people understand and connect to their bodies to be healthier and happier people.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always start by asking my clients what their goals are. I always like to also get background information on past injuries and what their every day life style consists of. Depending on what kind of exercise style my client once I compile a unique class for them and which we will build on and every session.

500hr Yoga training/Certification
600hr Pilates training/Certification
Level 1 & 2 Thai Bodywork and Stretch
