Basketball 101- learn to dribble with both hands without looking down. Learn the proper way to shoot through drills & skills test. Gain an IQ of the game and learn the meaning of hard work. Ive played basketball all through out high school and played in semi leagues in college. I learned a variety of the game that can be passed down. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1st we take a skills test and see where your at 1st. Then depending on the skills test, we'll begin on stuff that needs to be worked on. Such as dribbling, shooting, defense & IQ of the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played basketball from elementary to high school. Made it to regional finals in high school & played in semi leagues in college. I also have coached under 10 years old in the Ymca & believe I can build anyone's abilities to the game.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
45$ an hour or with a week scheduled it can be less. Such as 10 hours in 1 week can be 300$
How did you get started teaching?
Just for the love of the game, I wanted to be somewhere I can pass down everything I've learned.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The all star weekend in the NBA im really fond of. To have all the great players come together and compete at such a high level is beautiful to watch.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Listen, learn & just try. Its ok to fail, then listen from what you did wrong & try to learn and attempt it again. Its not how many times you fall that counts but how many times you get up and try again.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you feel like you have to work on, what do you want to be better at. How can my game become elite?
