How did you get started teaching?
Dealing with anxiety from an abundance of stress that daily life was placing on me with being a mother, wife, and having a traditional 9 am - 5 pm job. I began having chest pains and went to the doctor. Everything checked out fine. It turns out it was anxiety! I decided to take action and began to explore natural alternatives and methods to help myself which turned into a desire to help others.
My passion brought about through helping myself turned into a passion to promote healing, health, and wellness to others. In the process of engaging in classes for myself, I began to have a desire to achieve certifications, knowledge, and experience to spread to and help others.
