practiced yoga with Sophia for a long time, and I can confidently say that she is a highly professional and dedicated teacher.
Her classes were always well-structured, thoughtful, and safe. Sophia has deep knowledge of yoga and body mechanics, and she explains poses clearly, with great attention to proper alignment and breathing. I especially appreciated her individual approach — she carefully observed each student, offered gentle corrections, and adapted poses when needed.
The atmosphere in her classes was calm, supportive, and inspiring. After each session, I felt relaxed, balanced, and physically stronger. Over time, I noticed real improvements in my flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.
For me, practicing with Sophia was more than just exercise — it was a meaningful and beneficial yoga experience. I truly enjoyed every class and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, attentive, and inspiring yoga teacher.

Beautiful teacher & class.
First time doing yoga during sunset by the beach. Class was great! The instructor was very helpful and attuned to our postures and helping us correct our form/getting into a deeper stretch. It was the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing. Can’t wait to go again

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a conversation about the student’s goals, experience level, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. From there, I create a personalized plan that may include yoga, Pilates, strength training, mobility work, or a combination of all three. My focus is to make students feel comfortable, supported, and motivated while building a sustainable movement practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer with more than 6 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Over the years, I have continued studying movement, mobility, functional training, breathwork, and mind-body connection to provide safe and effective sessions tailored to each individual.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the type of session, location, and whether lessons are private or group-based. I offer single sessions as well as package options for clients who want ongoing training and support. I’m happy to discuss the best option based on individual goals and schedules.
How did you get started teaching?
My passion for movement and wellness naturally led me into teaching. What started as a personal journey with yoga and fitness became something I wanted to share with others. I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through mindful movement.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with students of all ages and fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. My clients include people looking to improve flexibility and posture, build strength, recover mobility, reduce stress, or create healthier daily habits. I adapt each session to the individual’s needs and goals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my favorite recent experiences was leading a wellness-focused movement session that combined yoga, Pilates, and mindful breathwork in a supportive community environment. Seeing people leave feeling energized, relaxed, and more connected to themselves was incredibly rewarding and reminded me why I love teaching.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher who makes you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. A good instructor should listen to your goals, adapt sessions to your needs, and help you progress safely. Consistency and trust are very important when building a strong movement practice.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think about their goals, preferred style of training, current fitness level, schedule, and whether they have any injuries or physical limitations. It’s also helpful to consider what kind of support and environment helps them stay motivated and consistent.
