Help One Sports

Coach Sammy has played at a collegiate level and made his way into a professional career overseas. After retirement, Coach Sammy began Help One Sports training professional players internationally and now focuses on youth development in the US.

The client can focus on a multitude of strategies. Each client will have a “show me” session. This will allow Coach Sammy to break down the clients skills and critique them. Each client will have their very own program tailored to their specific needs.

I enjoy and appreciate the process of development with each individual player at different levels in life. I started playing basketball at the late age of 13 years old and struggled with the game in the early stages. Through positive reinforcement from former coaches and with a consistent work ethic, I was able to progress at the game of basketball. Now as a skills coach, my passion is to pass on that same information in the many levels of basketball.
