About
Artist Hub of Ocala teaches art to children ages 2 to seniors! We offer after school art classes for children k through 12th grade! We offer parent and child classes, adult painting on Friday mornings which students can paint with oils, acrylics or watercolors!
We have paint and sip parties, birthday parties, retreats or wedding showers!
We have bsckground checks, licensed and insured
i work with students with autism and teach art at Ocala Prep for the past 4 years. I was in charge of the Art and Cultural Programs at CF and have worked at several schools teaching art.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have two teachers that work together with children! One teacher works with 1/2 of the students and the new student drawing and learning about the artist of the month. New student gets to know teacher and students! Then rotate and works with the other teacher and paint with watercolors or acrylics!

One of my students was awarded the Studrnt Art Award from FAFO Art Show October 2019.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Art is fun and relaxing!! Put some classical music own and close eyes then listen to the music and draw what you hear!
