What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All students are welcome. We have classes for the beginner thru advanced. New student are welcome to bring supplies listed for classes or purchase a package where all supplies are included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructor are professional artists and have taught small to large scale classes with children, teens and adults.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each class is different and we have single classes and workshops which are 1 or 2 days a week for multiple weeks.
How did you get started teaching?
Art is our life and we have taught classes in our area of expertise.
What types of students have you worked with?
All kinds. Children, teens, special needs and adults. We have worked with ppl who have never done art all the way to advanced students who have done art for over 50 years. Everyone starts somewhere.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We hosted a huge special class for art teachers where they got to paint and have fun being taught by one of our instructors. We hosted this in our large gallery floor and they created, got to walk around and admire art and enjoy themselves.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are knowledgable in thier area of expertise. Professionalism is key as a instructor.
