Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of North Florida during the Fall & Spring seasons & Head Coach of the Lafayette Aviators (IN) in the summer collegiate Prospect League. In 2016 coached 5 MLB draft picks, 2 All-Americans & 6 All-Stars.
Previous coaching exp. includes; Indiana State University, Heartland CC, Lake Land CC, Hesston CC, Indiana Bulls 18u & Danville Dans. Played 2 years at Lincoln Trail College (jr. college) then transfered to Eastern Illinois University (NCAA DI) before signing professionally with the Traverse City Beach Bums in the Frontier League.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After we identify which area (hitting, pitching or fielding) the player wants to focus on, we will go over basic fundamentals to indentfy possible problems and improve those skills in a more in depth approach. The drills I choose for the player will be geared toward his individual goal. Not only do I choose drills I feel that can help the player improve but I want to keep it fun which leads to a more focused player who in turn will improve quicker.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined 24 years coaching & playing experience with youth to adults at every level from professional/college all the way down to little league.
Also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Sports Studies.

What types of students have you worked with?
I primarily work with college players every day at the University of North Florida. In 2016 I had 5 former or current players drafted to various MLB teams. I have done countless amounts of camps, clinics and lessons working with players of all ages, from ages 5+.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look at who your instructor is working for and his track record and background. It tells a lot.
