I like to eveluate and go through the process of the basics just to get a feel for strengths and weakness. After that process communication is very important to me as far as getting to know a player becuase i look at it as noone knows themselves better then themselves. So just to get an overall feel for where the player thinks they need work or what they would like to work on personally for them. I also love helping students learn multiple positions becuase in my expierence the more you know the more oppurtunities you have to be on the field.
