I have been working with youth athletes for 10+ years. I take a ground up approach to the athlete to establish a solid foundation, then building upon that foundation.
With the ever increasing injuries to our youth, our goal is to lessen injury rate in youth sports. This is done through proper teaching, strength, and prevention methods. I enjoy watching our athletes grow into better baseball players physically, mentally, and "mechanically."
He is a great teacher he puts the time and effort in when he teaches me to play pitcher and outfielder
My 10-year old has a lot of fun working with Coach Heath! Coach is working on proper throwing mechanics to avoid injuries. The lessons have been great and in the end, my son is having a lot of fun and learning at the same time. Coach keeps a log on every session and makes notes on what to work on for the next lesson or drills to do at home. So far, it’s been great!
Coach Dean is very knowledgeable and I have seen remarkable improvements in my son’s pitching.
2 of our boys work with Coach Dean for pitching. He was patient and was able to take them to higher levels with their pitching. Coach Dean is knowledgeable; gave the boys insight on what they needed to fix; would discuss in depth with me after each lesson on what they needed to do for homework each day. I love watching the boys grow in their pitching ability!
First meeting is a free consultation/evaluation to determine your athletes needs, to explain our process and set expectations. Typically lasts 30 mins. If it is a fit, we will schedule a 1 hr lesson.

What are my goals? What areas do I need to improve? Do I have time to invest to achieve my goals?
