About

My passion for gymnastics started when I was 9 years old as a USAG competitive athlete and only grew stronger transitioning to a USAG certified coach. Seeing and helping athletes reach there goals and get new skills is the best feeling! I have been coaching for 18 years now and I absolutely love it! I started as a coach in Orlando, Florida where I coached for 7 years and then moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where I coached for 5 years and am now currently back in Florida where I have continued to coach for 6 years. I am a USAG certified coach and have coached everything from preschool recreational gymnastics to competitive level 10. I have continuing education in Artistic gymnastics as well as Trampoline and Tumbling. Working in this sport I have been a guest coach at USAG summer camps, gymnastics summer camp manager, preschool gymnastics director, mobile gymnastics director, director of trampoline and tumbling, head team coach, and Arkansas State Director of T&T for USA Gymnastics. I have currently started my own mobile gymnastics program where I take the gymnastics equipment to daycares, preschools and elementary schools and coach. I do private lessons as well as Birthday parties and bring it all to you!

Frequently asked questions

My typical process for working with a new student is getting to know them, where they are at skill wise and what there goal is. In order for me to get the best possible results it is important for me to get to know the student because every student learns differently and responds to different coaching styles.

I have multiple certifications and training through USA Gymnastics and continue my education every year at national congress.

I Started coaching while I was a competitive gymnast, my coaches would have us coach preschool as learning experiences

I have worked with everything from preschool to level 10 competitive artistic  gymnastics as well as preschool to level 10 competitive Trampoline and Tumbling

I have also worked with children with special needs using this sport as therapy.

I would say that anything is achievable as long as you put the work into it
