Orlando Metro Gymnastics

Orlando Metro Gymnastics, founded in 1992 and based in Orlando, FL, operates five Central Florida facilities in Avalon Park, Crystal Lake, Lake Mary, LB McLeod, and St. Cloud. The club offers recreational and competitive gymnastics for ages from walking through 17, along with afterschool programs, preschool and day/summer camps, birthday parties, and ongoing special events. Location-specific class schedules are provided, with additional options such as Special Needs and Home School classes where available.

Its men’s and women’s competitive programs have produced national champions and elite-level athletes, and the organization has been recognized as Florida Club of the Year six times. Orlando Metro Gymnastics also runs team camps and hosts major meets including the OMG Invite – Endless Summer, Jungle Gym Invitational, Orlando Holiday Classic, Sand Dollar/Whitlow Invitational, City of Lights Invite, and Shout Out.

Office hours vary by site, generally covering weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings. Families can select the location and program that fit their schedules within a structured, safety-focused training environment.
