We are a family friendly studio geared to be accepting of all! We emotionally attach to everyone's goals to make sure they are accomplished and everyone reaches what they set out to obtain. We have been working with people for over 15 years and have had many people rave about the classes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It starts with a small orientation to meet the instructor and other families. After that we write down exactly what brought you in and how we are going to achieve it. From there it's into the classes to train!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years martial arts experience! Awesome team with many years experience between them with physical fitness and martial arts backgrounds!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
There are many options! To try classes for adults it's 20 dollars for 3 classes and it comes with the gloves! Kids classes are 69 dollars for 6 weeks and comes with the uniform!
How did you get started teaching?
Loved my art and what it did for me. Now i want to share that with everyone.
What types of students have you worked with?
At this point who haven't we worked with. We work with all body types and ages. No matter who you are we will build the classes to fit you.
