I own my engineering consulting company in Brazil and came to US recently as a permanent resident. I have a Master in Science degree and live here presently with my retirement pension from Brazil. I want to be helpful to the students in US.
With a researcher mind I use to look for the best way to do my job and complete my tasks. I like very much to work with my team and exchange ideas to best solve our problems. I feel free to offer me to help you with any different challenge you may have. Let´s work together!
Excellent Professor, he was very helpful in helping with my Math Assignments, he is very intelligent and patient with his students
I always had a hard time learning math in regular school. Extra class classes with Mr. Castello Branco helped me to learn with his didactic teaching method.
I took some math classes with Marcos few months ago. He has a very easy way of explaining things and made my learning experience a lot pleasant even though I don't like math very much. He is a great teacher.
I ask him (or her) to show me the class notes and textbook. Then I ask about the major problems or doubts that are being faced.
I usually try to use simple examples to compare similar situations and explain the problem. After solving some examples, I let the student to try to solve a different one.
The student goes slightly getting confident to go ahead alone. But knowing that I ´ll be always available for any other situation.
I have teached Electromagnetic Theory and Communication System at the Brazilian Navy School in Rio de Janeiro in 1982 after my Master Degree. Later on , in 1984, I had the opportunity to teach again in a different organ of Brazilian Navy for officials. In 1998 I gave an Antenna and Propagation course for post-graduated students at Mackensie University in S.Paulo. In 2003 I teached Satellite Communications at the Catholic University of Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, to the students of the 9th semester of the Telecommunication Engineering course. I also had some opportunities to help Highschool students with Math and Physics.
