About
I am a fine arts major and majored in painting. I have been painting and selling my work for 45 years. I live in Orlando and I still paint every day and now have branched out into welding and resurrecting objects found in unusual places such as junkyards for vintage auto and ships. I have work in galleries in Ohio and Florida and now am hoping to begin teaching and sharing my vision of absteaction in life's many dimensions. I also dance and teach yoga which inspires my energetic nature and creativity

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially it's nice to get to know people to learn what they're about and what their interests are. My goal is to enable my students to think out-of-the-box. I encourage meditation and music and the freedom to express whatever feelings and meaning that they care to express. Usually fear and insecurity are the blocks but once they undersrand that there are no mistakes and they are allowed to work with the past through color, space, shape and dimension they loosen up. It's all about fun and letting go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in fine arts at the Ohio state university. Mastered n painting and mini red in art history.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I feel deeply and because of my personal experiences that people should not be limited by money in order to do their art. Prices range depending upon what people can afford. it also depends on whether or not it will be a group or individuals and if it is a one time lesson or they would like a package
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching long ago and when people want to learn I offered to teach.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students that were young and students in elderly facilities. I have also worked with women in protective housing teaching yoga and painting. I have also taught at daycamp's and adult parties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every day is an event for me as life is short
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Every day is an event for me as life is short And very fragile. I experience every moment as if it was my last and that's how I paint. I don't believe that there is any such thing as mistakes although it is nice to be able to grow and learn from challenges that we have had to work through even if we did not make the right choices. This is a journey and it is supposed to be fun and we are allowed to be very happy. That is the goal that is the purpose. Spirituality, yet not appealing to any particular religion is how I try to grow.
