Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to have a better understanding of what your needs are so we take an indivizualized approach. This will be the foundation in creating a healthy exercise regimen for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a health and wellness professional for 13 years specializing in special populations such as youth and elderly. I have been a physical educator and health teacher in the central Florida area for over 8 years. I have coached and trained cross country and track field athletes as well as those with chronic conditions or illnesses.
I am an American Red Cross trained CPR instructor and have received training through Kidding Around Yoga Children Training. I am an avid fitness advocate and I enjoy running, dancing, and yoga. My motto is "movement is life!"
I have a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from FAU Florida Atlantic University and a MS in Health and Sciences from Trident University.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Everday is an opportunity to live and be active! I would say seeing people come together to celebrate those that lost their lives in the Pulse shootings. Orlando is truly a beautiful city.
