About

I am a former baseball player that grew up in the game through high school until I was injured. I've spent my springs, summers, and fall/winter playing the game I love. I was enrolled in 15 training camps held by the Arizona Diamondbacks and ASU baseball team. I started playing at 4 years old and played 8 years of year round baseball with traveling teams and Chandler High School on the freshman and JV teams. An injury to my rotator cuff ended my career. I'm trying to get back into the game by coaching kids and teaching them the same lessons I was taught on the ball field as a young man. I believe respect is the number one rule of this game and in life. I have always been a coach at heart and have been coaching my friends since I was 8 making them run drills and play home run derby's.

Playing and teaching the game I love brings me closer then I can ever explain. I love this game and understand this game better then anything else in this world.

I started playing again myself back in 2020 and currently play for 3 teams with 6 championships in the last 2 years. I coached for 6 months In Florida with Rawlings Tigers before moving back home to work for the Arizona Diamondbacks Grounds Crew for 2 years. I have decided coaching is my ultimate passion and direction with this game.

Frequently asked questions

With new students we like to start by giving them an overview of what it is we will be doing over the course of the lessons. Showing them how the lesson will run over the hour. What we expect from him and what he can expect from us so that together we are getting them the maximum training possible. We then take a look at their current skill level fso we can access the best training program designed for each individual based on the current skill set. Player is also asked to create 3 long term goals, a goal for that days lesson, and 2 things they want to learn how to do or practice, something that excites them about the game.

Both have played baseball since we were 4 years old. We both played high school level. Kyle was enrolled in over 10 Arizona Diamondbacks training camps. Lessons will be based off of drills and structure of the training camps and from the methods we both were taught during high school baseball.

Kyle started by giving lessons to an ex girlfriends brother and then to a cousin.

Dan was introduced to teaching lessons by Kyle and together they came up with this idea.

Will work with ages 8-18

It was over a year ago but it was July 4th and we are sitting in our seats at the Diamondbacks game. They just won and now it's time for the fireworks show. This was the selling point when we bought our tickets so it had better be good. The show starts and for the next 30 mins the sky is filled with sparks of all different colors. There is music playing for the fireworks to dance to. That song from The Sandlot comes on that plays during the 4th of July in that movie and I get chills because my baseball dreams just keep coming true the entire season. Those moments were magic for me.

Look for someone who you are comfortable with. Someone that is flexible when it comes to having patience and understanding his way may not work for you right away or ever and that they are working with you to find what works for you and not them. The important thing is learning how you need to and finding out what works best for you to be able to properly preform the fundamentals that are being taught. Find someone that coaches you and doesn't just yell or get upset.

Just make sure you know what it is you want to ask and are asking and make sure you ask because if you don't ask you can't get help.
