Hi all my name is Lucas McMillion from Orlando based in Fort Lauderdale. Currently I’m enrolled in school at Nova Southeastern University majoring in exercise science, this should tell you about my dedication to teaching the importance of exercise in health. Im a district championship winning basketball player in high school I’ve trained with NBA players such as Tacko Fall as a player. I’ve been offered several D2 and D3 opportunities to play and attended several college camps. Now I’m extending my talent to upcoming players that would like to be trained, I promise results and lessons learned in the sport.
