I paint in acrylics and specialize in working with beginners. One of the biggest things holding a beginner back from getting started is supplies. It is extremely overwhelming for a beginner to try to figure out what they need and it's easy to waste money on stuff you don't really need at first!

For anyone who is taking an online lesson with me and does not have any supplies, yet, I am happy to pack up and mail you up a starter box of the supplies that you need to get started with my lesson. Not only will this save you money on your first trip to the art store, it will definitely make getting started from scratch much easier.

Painting is FUN and RELAXING and great therapy for stress. My simple 3-step method makes painting simple and easy. It is much easier than most people think when they stop over-thinking it and let go of perfectionism and negative self talk ("I'm no good at this.") that is natural for beginners when they are first starting out. EVERYONE can do it with a little guidance.

My main goals are for you to enjoy the experience (not feel intimidated or overwhelmed) and to uncover your own creativity and inner artist.

My favorite favorite FAVORITE thing ...is when someone finishes their first painting and says: I CAN'T BELIEVE I PAINTED THIS!!
