C-Rods Pitching Lessons

I am currently a college graduate who played 4 years at St. Thomas University ! In my 4 years at STU I've compiled an ERA of 2.95 with a little of 200 innings. 2 out of the 4 years STU went to the NAIA World Series. In one of those years, we lost in the national championship game. For my first two years I was the closer, and my last two years I was a starter. For my senior year I went 11-1 in 88 innings pitched. I've been playing this game since I was 4 years old, and I want to help others become a better pitcher, and help with mechanics, and cardio. Trying to help make his or her dreams come true, whether that is making a travel team, a team at school, or even college. I will teach pitching mechanics, and also arm care as well. They will understand what is going on and will also get some cardio training in as well
