About

Hello! I am a recently graduated student athlete. I played softball for 17 years, and just finished playing at a Division 1 Level at PVAMU, an HBCU in Texas. In high school, I received the Silver Slugger Award, hitting almost .500 my senior season. In college, I had a near perfect fielding percentage all years, and a supportive bat in the lineup. I have played every position there is at one point in my life, and have been coaching a 12u team during the summer. I offer hitting (right side), outfield, infield, and conditioning.

Aside from being a former student athlete, I am in my doctoral training to be a psychologist. With that, I place a large emphasis on the mental components of the game and strengthening a student's Softball IQ. Lessons will consist of mechanics, footwork, mental strength, hustle, heart, to build your daughter to be the best there is! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Thank You!

Lessons with me involve more than correcting drop-steps, backhands, and long swings. I also teach players how to strategize, recognize their own strengths, and stay on their toes through mental training. I also inform students on the recruiting process and the college experience. I love seeing how quickly players develop over time. Seeing a player successfully hit their first homerun or make a diving catch brings so much joy and energy to my life. I love seeing people perform at their greatest potential.

    Frequently asked questions

With new students, I do a few evaluations to see where they are at which includes a few test swings or ground/fly balls for fielding. I ask many questions about them, where they play, how long they have been playing, and what their goals are as a player. Each player is different and responds to different methods!

I am currently a volunteer coach for a small 12u team in Georgia, my hometown. I also have run many clinics with my collegiate team, high school, and our local recreational park.

    30 minute lessons = $25

    1 hour = $50

There is no price differences for hitting or fielding. If this is a group event, please reach out to me so we can discuss!

My collegiate career was cut short due to an unexpected early graduation. I didn't get to enjoy my senior season fully either due to COVID. With that being said, I miss the game. Softball has been such a constructive and supportive factor in my life, so I would like to build the future players up the same way I was built and supported.

I have worked with children as young as 6, and as old as 17! All of them come from various backgrounds and levels of play.

Find your match. An instructor should be a figure that you trust to build you to the greatest potential. All instructors will not teach the same or have the same ideals. Find someone you feel comfortable with, someone you look up to and knows has your best interest at heart.
