First need to know the abilities of the athlete in order to know in which level begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I play baseball since I was 7 years old, at 12 years old I was in the MLB system in try outs in Venezuela, Dominican Republic, 4 years playing in men's leagues in Harrisburg and New York, 1 year playing pro baseball with the Black Sox in the Yinzer League
