Hello, my name is Brandon Henson from Columbus Ohio and moved down to Florida after college. I played 5 years in college from 2017-2021. Played two years at a Juco named Sinclair CC before playing three years at VCU in Richmond VA. I had a batting average above .300, four out of the five years in college, I broke the career home run record at Sinclair CC and I started every year in college, although injures played a big part in my college career.

My approach to training a baseball player seems to be unique, I don’t just give you a swing, my goal is to help you find your swing not mine or anyone else’s. We may go through a cycle of trial and error, we want to find what you like to make you the most confident while in the box. Although swings are unique to the individual most good hitters have similarities throughout the swing and somethings must be done in order to be a consistent hitter at the plate. I’m fully confident I can help you as a baseball player, not just a good hitter. I had a great hitting instructor growing up but one thing I lacked knowledge in was strength, mobility and flexibility training which lead to injuries later in my career that ultimately ended my career. We can work on all aspect of your game from offense, defense, mentality, approach and probably the most important availability.
