The STUDy Sports Academy

My son (8) had his first session with Coach Roger a few nights ago and it was great. It was supposed to be an assessment day but Coach Roger utilized the time to begin coaching and provided pointers on areas of improvement. Coach Roger demonstrated his knowledge of the game and really broke the training down for my son to understand. He didn’t just assess and tell me see you next time. He also provided tips and drills I could do at home in between sessions. He’s passionate about teaching the game and it shows during his sessions. This review would’ve been 5 stars but the app would not allow me to select it for some reason. I highly recommend his mentor ship.

I had to come back and update my review for services received with The Study Sports Academy. So far my son has had 3 one on one training sessions with coach Roger and his game performance has improved significantly! He is getting solid base hits now, fielding well and his agility drills are really paying off when he’s running bases. We couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve seen in our son in such a short period of time. He’s put in so much effort with him not just on the field but off as well, he’s a coach and a mentor!

Coach Roger was extremely thorough in his approach with our son. He covered every aspect of the game and really got to know our son on a personal level to find what motivates him etc. He was able to speak to him and relate to him in a way that gets through to a 10 year old better than when it comes from their parents. Coach Roger is very punctual and responsive. Our son made more progress in his one coaching session with tiger than he has in all of his little league games this season. We are so excited to see our son blossom and gain more confidence!

The first day of training was great, coach spoke in a very motivating way and gave his best insight into what techniques and skills make a baseball hitter really good and i am excited for the next session!!!

Coach Roger took his time with my 9yr son and explained everything clearly. He did not rush through it I really feel like this is going to pay off. Thanks, coach cant wait until next week.
