My wife was a D1 soccer player at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi for 4 years.
I was a D1 baseball pitcher at the United States Military Academy for 2 years and TAMUCC for 3 years.

We run a comprehensive fitness assessment and pick out specific areas to train and improve and guarantee improvement in those areas if our 3 month training packages are purchased. Biomechanical analysis and assessment included in training. Free weights, Olympic lifting and plyometric training optional.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial sit down and assessment to see what the short term and long term goals are.
Functional fitness assessment and analysis to analyze potential areas for improvement.
Laid our plan for work in training sessions as well as at home work to improve overall abilities.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from TAMUCC and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
i have 5+ years of collegiate training and coaching experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
pricing varies depending on the person and what I am including in the package.
Standard base rates which can change are 50$ per hour or 150$ for 3 lesson package.
How did you get started teaching?
I work at a nonprofit, indoor sports complex
that I run and built outand really got started utilizing my coaching and expertise most once I began doing that in 2017.
What types of students have you worked with?
All age ranges from 5 years old
to collegiate and professional athletes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Dont settle for someone who hasn’t played or coached at the highest levels. They won’t know what it takes to get there and thrive there.
