About
Sports is more than about just winning. From my experience mental toughness, building relationships, and learning about the dynamics of what teamwork really is.
I earned a athletic scholarship which allowed me to receive a degree from Marquette University. I did not pay a dime for books, meals, lodging, or anything. I then went on to play 9 years professionally overseas. 2011 the year I decided to hang up my sneakers I got right into coaching. I coached on the college level for 4 years and currently I coach on the high school level. I love mentoring and handing down all the knowledge that I have learned.
I believe in meeting people where they are in life. I have worked with beginners, intermediate, college, and pros. I take joy in watching people evolve. For me it is more about mentoring that makes the journey special. It is more than JUST training.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Trying to get any game film, clips, or past workouts is what I found to be helpful to get a feel of their overall foundation. If not then after the first workout I normally get a good feel on what they need to get better at by watching them do the fundamentals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played professionall basketball for 9 years, I coached college basketball for 4 years, and I currently coach on the high school level. Clients will get the mindset from both a player and coach perspective.
