    My son was fortunate to train with Coach Jack one-on-one for 7 months. Money cant put a price on the quality of training. The time and personal attention he gives to each player and the time he takes with parents to discuss your childs progress is what makes him stand apart. He genuinely cares about his players and is extremely knowledgeable and creative in his teaching methods. My sons skill level and game greatly improved. Id highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

    TNBA is as professional as it gets. Skill development is at the forefront of importance when it comes to your child. Jack Lutzier and his staff will work with your child on every aspect of their game. They have experienced coaches who have traveled all over the world coaching and have critiqued their coaching style to work with kids of all ages, elementary to professional level. Camps, clinics, leagues, and individual sessions TNBA covers all bases with a wide variety of professionalism and experience.

    The staff! They know basketball, but more importantly they value kids above the game. While everyone likes to win, the coaches at The National Basketball Academy emphasize character development and teamwork. Not only do they offer league play, they also offer training sessions to help develop top notch athletes.
    I totally trusted the coaches with my son and never worried that he was not cared about, valued and protected. Coach Jack is the reason my son not only loves the game but is a competitive player at the college level.
    I highly recommend The National Basketball Academy, Coach Jack and his entire team if you are looking for a team to teach your child skills, drills and team play.

    My daughter, Anastacia Purdy, and I have been with TNBA for almost two years. At the age of 8, my daughter has developed a love for the game along with a skill set unique to her current age of 9. Coach Jack was her trainer and coach for over a year and a half and provided the training and expertise that is extremely hard to find. Ananstacia is now performing at an elite level considering she is 9 years old. The supporting staff and coaches have been more than competent to step in and fill Coach Jacks shoes. TNBA is a very well-run organization and I would recommend it to anyone who were to ask.

    Frequently asked questions

    We look at the holistic athlete and find what areas they need to specifically improve upon based on their wants and goals.   From there we build a plan to help them develop into the player that want to become. 

    Our coaches have various backgrounds in sports performance, kinesology, sports management, coaching, etc.   In addition we are CPR/AED certified, and have been coaching for years (nothing trumps experience). 

    All group lessons are $40 per player per hour.   Individual lessons are $75 per hour and we do have unlimited and team packages available upon request. 

    Played in college and was hired to be a development coach and trainer directly out of school. 

    Every type of player from all over the world.

    Every chance to be on the court is a blessing.   To choose one moment above the rest would be signing all 14 of our players to college two seasons ago from one team.

    Choose the right fit not the hype.   Instagram looks good, and people will tell you they can help you. Make sure they have done it before, it's easier to climb Everest with someone who has done it more than someone who has read about it. 

    They should ask the three "what's" of growth.   If you don't know what those are sign up for a lesson and we will review them the first day.
