Current 4 year Professional Football Athlete, Performance specialist that trains Over 15 NFL Current Athletes. All American at The University Of Delaware, majored in Health and Nutrition, also minored in coaching, which helps me completely understand the dynamics of being an athlete. I have experience coaching with various teams from highschool to youth sports, started training in 2014 as continuing to play professionally.
