I am a ARNP with greater than 25 years of nursing experience. I'm certified in critical care nursing. I teach graduate level nursing. I've been a BLS provider and instructor for over 20 years. Whatever you level of experience our goal remains the same. Give you the tools you need to save a life and care for a sick or injured individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team in Certified in American Heart BLS and ACLS; Red Cross BLS, ALS, and First Aid.
Owner has taught the CNA trainee class for more than 10 years.
Owner is currently a adjunct professor at two local Colleges of Nursing.

How did you get started teaching?
The owner began teaching certification classes more than 15 years ago. She has experience teaching CPR, ACLS, PALS, Burn Life Support, End of Life Care, Patient Experience Communication classes, and Certified Nursing Assistant Classes.
She currently teaches Nursing Theory, Nursing Research, and Adult Primary and Acute Care at the graduate level.
What types of students have you worked with?
High school graduates with no healthcare experience to experienced nurses and physicians.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Bannic Healthcare sponsored a Sunday Brunch Red Cross First Aid, AED, CPR Adult/Child certification course on Sunday for a set of divers that were set to attend the advanced diving class. Fun day with non-healthcare workers that left with the ability to save a life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for an instructor that is flexible, knowledgeable, and motivated to teach and instruct.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you need American Heart Certification or Red Cross Certification?
