Cris Godoy Art Studio

Cris Godoy is a multidisciplinary artist with background in architecture, originally from Brazil, and residing in Tampa, FL.

An avid traveler, Cris sees the city with the eyes of an "andarilho", a Portuguese word meaning the wanderer, the explorer discovering new territory.

Cris navigates between the realm of figurative and abstract work. What begins as drawings and watercolor sketches painted using watercolor on-site, develops into mixed media paintings in studio.

Her art is made similar to how her journeys are made; walking to step away from the comfort zone of the studio and seeking new experiences.

Cris is available for workshop adventures in many locations.
