Each student is unique and providing the best learning experience for each person is my passion. My speech and actions are tailored to the individual’s mode of learning. I enjoy helping each student achieve their particular goals.
Students will have lessons on a 6 foot 1 inch Yamaha C3 Grand Piano which is regularly tuned by master tuner/technician Starr Taylor.

Betty has been giving piano lessons to my two teen-aged daughters for almost over a year now. She is a great teacher who really knows how to get the kids motivated. Constantly keeps them focused and challenged. Prior to this we had a tough time to find the right teacher for our kids.

Starting piano lessons as an older adult is much more difficult than when you are young and kind of scary. But I was at ease with Betty immediately. She is a wonderful person and I cant even imagine a better teacher. She is such a talented pianist herself & a very patient teacher. I also loved how she talked about music history & the great classical artists. It is easy to see how much she loves what she does. She really cares about her students and will go the extra mile to help them learn. I had to move out of state or I would still be her student. Shes the best!
