About
Shaun Garceau Baseball
Complete baseball training led and owned by me Shaun Garceea. I have a team of former pro players as instructors and together we train indoors and outdoors. I played 11 years professionally with teams like the St Louis Cardinals all the way to overseas in Asia, down south in the Triple -A Mexican league and a lot of other Caribbean Winter leagues with some of the best international players.
We develop pitchers, hitters, defensive skills, mental game, arm strength and arm-care to prevent injury. I also train the body for strength in the most important areas. In my training I use corrective functional movement exercises and drills. We focus on what priority at a time and always get better. Money back guaranteed.
I use video to record our training sessions along with radar guns for throwing and hitting velocities to track our progress.
It doesn't matter if you're 9 years old and a beginner or 15 years old and the best player on your showcase or high school team, the mental game and the insight I will provide for you will prepare you for the next level. There's nothing like the advantage of knowing what to expect and how to counter it the best and smartest way from someone who has gone through it all!
Bio :
I was a top 30 player ranked in perfect game , throwing 90-94 as a 14 year old. I was drafted out of high school by the St Louis Cardinals. Signed a full scholarship to the University of Alabama but skipped it for professional baseball where I gained so much experience over the next 11 years. Now I use my experience to train the next generation and I love it!
