Hello,
I am a certified math educator who enjoys helping students understand mathematics. I have experience working with students who are homeschooled as well as students taking FLVS or virtual classes. Additionally, I have worked with numerous students attending public and private schools.
Because of this experience, I have developed a reputation for tutoring myself out of a job. My students will typically gain the confidence they need to soar in math and will no longer need a tutor. I love it when that happens!
My specialty is remembering that math can cause anxiety for many students. I teach at the level of the student and fill in math gaps when they exist. A student may not enjoy fractions because they are unsure of their times tables. My goal is to see each student succeed.
