I enjoy inspiring others and helping them to find some stillnes while strengthening the body and mind. My classes are more than an opportunity to move the body, I will strongly encourage you to shift your mindset.

I've been a practictioner for over 8 years and teaching for nearly 6 years. I'm a Vinyasa certified teacher but my classes can be adapted to all types and levels. I teach gentle, yin, power and a blend of kundalini with vinyasa.

I'm also a Reiki Master, certified in Yoga Nidra and Intuitive Coach.

I enjoy bringing a new perspective to all the troubles the mind might be creating for that person. I enjoy helping people to find the path of self-love, self-compassion and self-acceptance. It's amazing what yoga & Reiki can do for that person who may feel lost. They are both, healing & transformational.
