I have more than 25 years of experience in ballet class technique, contemporary dance and jazz dance. I’m choreographer for competitions and for school as a Bak and Dreyfoos dance auditions.

I teach gentle yoga and meditation and based on yoga and meditation leading a life style changes. I can do the coaching and lessons on line, in person as well.
