I don't just teach #Yoga or give a work out, I teach the #fundamentals of #awareness, which means you Will cultivate a #Healthy relationship with your #breath, learn practical techniques to clear your #energetic channels, you will be given extensive cues in regards to proper #engagement & #alignment, as well as awareness of #Bandhas or energetic locks (when & how to implement them properly), & through out the entire session #Mudras & #Mantras are being incorporated.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know the student and where they are at, why did they decide to work with me. I make sure to get information on their diet and stress levels. My aim is to provide practical techniques to aid in relaxation, awareness, and proper breathing techniques. At the end of the class, you will leave with new practices to start incorporating in your daily life so that you are able to deal with stress with more ease and harmony.

Studying Ancient Mysticism and Internal Alchemical Techniques at The Temple of Tantric Alchemy and Shamanism -2016/present
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages, mainly women. My aspiration is to get into the school system to teach kids, our future generations, self awareness, empathy, & proper breath work.

If you are ready to look deep within yourself to access higher levels of Awareness through taking responsibility and ownership of your Life, you are at the right place. Get ready to exercise your mind, breath & body. This is more than just a work out, it is a decision to be the best version of YOU.
