My biggest thing about it, is that he cares so much about his students/kids that he is training with. He is in it to make other achieve there goals. He wants them to make it to the next level. He pushes you as hard as he can until your breaking point. He is a great train and just and overall great person. He has done a lot for me just in a little bit of time.

I work with all ages at any level of experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, as well as certification in Persoanal training and Nutrition coaching. I use scientific methods along with playing and coaching experience to maximize results in my clients.
