Coach Royce, and I am here to help you improve your team's fielding ability and throwing accuracy. My coaching can result in more wins and increased confidence for your team. I have a deep passion for baseball, which started when I was a child in the Dominican Republic playing for Liga Chicho Valdez; one of the most well known baseball academy in the country's southern region. I played baseball throughout high school, selected to play at Shea Stadium as an All City All-Star at the age of 18. I made the transition from a High School player to college when joined The Old Westbury Panthers in 2000.

I was fortunate enough to work with Coach Ron McKay, who inspired me to love the game even more. Coach McKay has been a clinician and instructor at the New York Baseball Academy since 1995, and he has coached at numerous other camps and clinics. While I have worked with other softball and baseball programs in the Atlanta Metro area on a part-time basis, I am now ready to dedicate myself to coaching full-time. My goal is to help young athletes reach their full potential by improving their fielding technique, footwork, throwing accuracy, teamwork, and creating a competitive environment.
