Strive Four

With every athlete that I train or work with I instill the four core values of Strive Four. This core valuse helps them overcome adversity on and off the field. Every athlete must be dedicated, a become a true student of the game. Every athlete must include integrity. Being honest with yourself is the starting point to progressing and getting moer skilled. Basaeball is 90% mental. Baseball success is built of how you react or respond in a vareirty of different situatuions. Hustle is a value that must be shown every second, every day, every month, and every year. You must remain hungry and use that to motivae to do more.

I have a true passion for the sport of baseball. I enjoy seeing players develop into truew athletes of the sport mentally and physically. When you have a athlete that displays excitement for the sport and the fundamentals, you willl have a true athlete. I have been involved around baseball since I was 5. I played two years of college baseball at Concordia College. I was a volunteer assisstant coach at Kennesaw State University. I have experience coaching recreational baseball for players ages 12 and under. I have 4 years of experience coaching 16U and 15U travel ball with the focus on batting and strength and condition. I am currently in my 3rd year as a High School Head Coach at Washington High School.
