Youth Basketball Training
About
We build athletes from the inside out. We ensure the young people we work with are fundamentally sound in all aspects of the game of basketball. Our philosophy is to train out mistakes and deficiencies. Our motto is "have fun, work hard, get better". We have trained over 400 Atlanta area youth ages 5-16 through camps, clinics, and individual instruction sessions. Coach Javin Foreman ("Coach J") was a member of a top-ranked high school team in the city of Chicago where he competed against many future pros.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start off with a written orientation to understand what new trainees' goals are. From there we begin with basic drills that will improve a player in the area(s) that they are most interested in focusing on. We explain the when, why, where, and how of the skill they are looking to develop. We also provide homework and drills that clients can utilize to improve faster.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played high school basketball in the most competitive conference in the country. I received interest from several Division I schools prior to an injury. I elected to attend a school for academics where I continued to stay sharp in basketball through tournaments and open runs. I have 2 sons who I train (ages 8/6) who are really good players with great fundamentals and a feel for the game of basketball.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Sessions range from $45-$55 per 90-minute session.
How did you get started teaching?
I initially began training my sons and assisting another trainer who focused on NBA and Overseas professionals. As a youth coach parents would see my son's progress and ask for tips and training. I have also trained several female basketball players and have gotten good results.
