I highly recommend Vince for his exceptional coaching skills. We have engaged him for private lessons for our U9/10 child, and his experience and drills have been perfect. Vince is extremely patient and knows how to push a child while creating a safe space for learning and growth.
It was crucial for us to see tangible progress while ensuring that our daughter enjoyed the activity. We are immensely thankful that our daughter is excited to practice with Vince and eagerly looks forward to his sessions.
In terms of experience and expertise, Vince is an excellent choice for any up-and-coming player. We could not recommend him more highly.

My son has trained with Vince for a year. He required lots of support and help developing basic soccer skills. My sons progress has been remarkable since working with Vince. His coaching style is patient, encouraging, and focused on ensuring my son grasps the correct technique for each drill. Vinces empathetic approach, taking into account my sons aspirations, results in a tailored plan for his development. I am extremely pleased with Vinces commitment and flexibility in structuring sessions that are both productive and informative. He consistently provides progress updates, highlighting areas of improvement and outlining future focus. I wholeheartedly recommend Vince for his exceptional coaching style and expertise in the sport.

    Frequently asked questions

I start by understanding your child’s current level, goals, and mindset. Some players want to build confidence, others want more playing time, and some want to improve a specific area of their game. From there, I design sessions that are both fun and challenging, while giving them small wins they can build on each week. The goal is for every player to leave each session feeling more confident, more skilled, and more motivated.
I grew up training in Belgium, where technical ability and game intelligence are non-negotiable. I developed my foundation at a youth academy that produced players like Dedryck Boyata, and I was coached by professionals who either had or went on to have careers at the top level. Since then, I’ve served as a technical trainer for several academies in both the U.S. and Europe, focusing on helping players sharpen their decision-making, technique, and confidence on the ball. I’ve also completed foundational coaching coursework, though my edge comes from years of high-level training and practical, on-field experience. If you’re looking for someone who understands how to build real footballers - not just run drills - I can help your child develop the tools they need to stand out.
Pricing depends on a few factors like the player’s age, training location, session frequency, and group size, but here’s a general idea: • Private sessions typically range from $55 to $100 per hour • Small group training is usually $35 to $45 per player • Discounts are available for multi-session packages, seasonal plans, and recurring sessions • I can also travel to you, depending on location and availability I always try to find an option that fits your goals and schedule. If you’re interested, just reach out and I’ll recommend the setup that makes the most sense for your situation.
I started coaching after years of playing competitively in Belgium, where I trained at a youth academy known for its technical standards. At first, I was helping younger players in my community, but it quickly turned into a passion. I realized I had a talent for breaking the game down in a way that actually sticks, especially for kids who want to improve but need more focused attention than they usually get in team training. Since then, I’ve worked with players at all levels, from beginners to academy-level, and have served as a technical trainer for several programs in both the U.S. and Europe.
I’ve trained players at all levels, from beginners to those preparing for MLS Next, ECNL, and USL tryouts. Some have come through local academies like NASA and Inter Atlanta. I tailor each session based on the player’s level and goals, whether we’re focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, or improving performance on and off the ball.

I just made one of my ECNL students realize the importance of the work done off the ball. Previously, he was too focused with getting the ball and making things happen for his team. We trained on the importance of making movements off the ball and how that can positively impact his team.

Make sure to communicate your end goal(s) as much as possible. This should be the basis of your training.

It helps to think about what you want to get out of training. Are you trying to build confidence? Make a team? Improve a specific part of your game? It’s also worth thinking about what motivates you, what part of the game you love, and how often you want to train. Once we know that, we can build a plan that actually fits.
