About
Over 30 years of active sports and training experience and development. I started youth sports at age 7 (1987) to age 42 (2022) reaching the semi pro level (Basketball), served in the Army (2001-2006) and experienced Combat.
I also completed my Fitness Degree complete with an internship in CrossFit and Personal Training Boot Camp in 2012. During the period of 2008-2021 I contracted with the US Military doing training missions for soldiers preparing for war. This training was also key for my mental development and tactical training which translated directly to the basketball court and the weight room.
Based on your goals I work one on one with you to design a practical science based training program . The information derived from our consultation will dictate how we approach the process.
I enjoy interacting with people about Life, sports and fitness training. I love the process, the science, and the details that go into achieving goals. I am currently pursuing a Degree in Psychology, and enjoy volunteering.

Standard pricing is $20 dollars a session minimum 4 sessions.

3x a week $240 monthly
2x a week $100 monthly
1x a week/With workout plans and weekly guidance $50 weekly no minimum

How did you get started teaching?
I began coaching in 2011 and fitness training in 2012 officially
I have a multitude of experience and knowledge to pass along, a brief lifetime and looking to the future, the next generation to teach for a living
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with girls and boys ages 6-18 in basketball and football. I have worked with highschool team athletes as well as youth intramural leagues.
I have coached and trained soccer, basketball, softball etc and assisted with the sports girls and boys, young and old, and middle aged
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of is branching out to Las Vegas after 18yrs of building a foundation in Ga by way of the Military.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look at all of your options. I believe teaching and coaching are different, and with an open mind and desire to learn the right teacher will appear.
