Trained Up Services
About
The most important aspect of training for anything is consistency and progression. The more you do something, the better you will get at it and I am passionate about helping students build a solid foundation under whatever dreams they desire to build.
I enjoy coaching and training because it allows me to follow my passion for sports and for helping students who desire to be better at sports and life. I have been involved in sports for the majority of my life from pop Warner football at 8years old to Arena 2 football at 24years old for 2years. I have 6years coaching experience in football,3years in basketball and I have been certified in CPR. My company's name Trained Up Sports Services will have a website soon but in the meantime, I specialize in agility to increase speed and quickness and I teach fundamentals and processing thru to advanced levels.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meeting the students and their parent(s) to learn about their goals and how much experience the students have. Then, if hired, I would setup a meeting to do a personal assessment with a few drills and test. I will grade the students according to their skill level and give feedback to both the parents and the students on weaknesses and strengths. Finally I would design a program to increase in ability and understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
