We focus on helping Athletes understand the importance of building a fundamentally sound foundation of skills. I believe in teaching athletes to challenge themselves everyday they work on their craft. Also dedicating time to becoming a better athlete through the effort they give while training. This foundation is what helps prepare students mentally and physically. We provide sport specific skills development training along with strength and conditioning training for multiple sport. 

I enjoy seeing growth. Pure unaltered and dedication driven growth. I enjoy being the facilitator for that growth. I enjoy seeing an athlete push themself to a higher peak than their previous one.

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My process is simple.

Informational, this is the time that i take to get to know my client their particular needs, goals, and their why (why are they looking to get training)

Assess:  I want to see what clients can and cannot do by having them perform different drills and exercise routines to determine if clients have any restrictions/limitations in movement.

Develop: following the assessment portion I develop a personalized plan that is tailored specifically to an individual and their goals. And we begin working to reach those goals.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Am a Graduate of Fort Valley State University, while their i earned my bachelors in Health and Physical Education and also played four years for the Wildcat football program where we played in two and won one championship during my time. Along with that i recieved a internship with the strength and conditioning coordinator for the university where i gained hours learning how to build routines for athletes training and recovery.

Pricing System:

$25/session 

$180 2days/week for 1 month

$280 3days/week for 1 month

Weekly and Monthly plans require a deposit of $50 to secure training slots. Completion of payment for monthly and weekly sessions are due before sessions begin. Any additional days needed will be billed seperately. Daily sessions can be paid upon completion.  


How did you get started teaching?

After football ended for me I began diving in more development in strength and conditioning in sports. I fell in love with the whole evolving phase that you go through being an athlete. So once I started this journey in helping others develop there was no turning back its what i love to do.


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of students from adults trying to lose weight and tone up their body, to kids trying to devlop and get a better understanding of their skills. I have coached football on the High school and Middle school level. I have trained athletes on all levels not including the pros just yet.
