When working with new clients, we use the first lesson to evaluate the athlete and create a plan to help the athlete get better
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coaching and helping athlete is our passion! We have 3 proffesional baseball players in our team, who are very excited to work with new athlets.
