About
Dream.Believe.Grind.Athletics was created for young athletes in elementary school, middle school and high school. This program will focus on improving speed, Strength and agility through small groups and 1on1 training while creating a full circle athlete with a positive mind. Are you an athlete who feels like you don't get enough playing time? Are you a parent who is tired of watching your son or daughter sit on the sidelines? This program is a non-exclusive program that is not only interested in the elite athlete, but we are also interested in the "underdog" that often just needs 1 on 1 attention
Launching in 2015, Dream.Believe.Grind.Athletics, will host small sessions in Atlanta for football and basketball players, both male and female. Endurance, strength, stamina and power are some of the attributes needed to be successful in sports, however, many programs do not focus on the mental health of these young athletes. Athletes are prone to mental health issues, depression and suicidal thoughts. The pressure of being an athlete can be overwhelming for many, combined with the normal day to day life of a growing teenager, maintaining good grades and peer pressure, can lead to stress and anxiety for these aspiring college athletes.
Getting a chance to help kids identify their strengths and build on their weaknesses and reach goals they never thought were possible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After getting you registered we gather all of the student athletes attributes such as height, weight, and wing span. This is to allow us to follow athletes progress throughout training. Then goals are set to reach each week or month depending on how often the athlete works with the program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played 19 years of football and have played major college football as well as professional football. I have also coached both football and basketball from little league all the way up to highschool for the past 10 years. I started DREAM.BELIEVE.GRIND.ATHLETICS in 2015 and have continued to help kids reach their goals and dreams.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most of my clients work out with me more than once a week so I lower my rate from $50 per session to $45 or $40 depending on how often we train the client as well as if they have referrals. Once two sessions are done in a week (7 day period) the third session for the week is only $30
How did you get started teaching?
I wanted to work kids who struggle with playing time and don't get enough extra coaching to develop their skills. So I started working with the kids that are third string and not playing in order to help them strengthen their weaknesses and build their confidence. This lead to other parents telling their childs friends parents about me. I then started to receive referrals from all levels of athletes.
What types of students have you worked with?
From elementary, middle to highschool as well as college athletes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a young man land a scholarship to a major division 1 school as well as helping you g man go from not getting playing time to starting in the same season
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the traininer is looking to train your body as well as you mind as a student athlete. Make sure that coach can help you set short-term and long-term obtainable goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How can that coach help him get better
