I have been fortunate to use running and basketball as my outlet. As far as both I played both semi pro in the military. I know what it takes to help young people be able to the goals athletically and academically. I helped a young man run a 10.6 seconds in 100 meter dash with no experience and 3 months of training. Also he increased his vertical leap.

Yes it's $45 for an assessment $25 a session for client in elementary school $30 for middle $35 a session ion high school students $50 a session for adults and $10-$15 extra if I have to travel to client
