My name is Howard Irving, I have been playing sports since the age of 5. I have played football,basketball,baseball and ran track. I have been lifting weights since high school. I have tried out for the Arena and the NFL. I attended the NFL combine in 2002. I have a degree in Science. What makes my service stands out is that I have the passion and the knowledge of the sports. Not just the sport but the understanding and the conditioning. I look for to teaching,training and mentoring the youth. If I could/can be of any service please give me a call. God bless.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process is to find out what the student(s) is/are trying to do. What sport(s) he/she are trying to play. If he/she are trying to lose or gain weight. Then I would go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Science . I have trained for twenty plus years. I have played sports all my life. I have made it to the level that some people dream about which is the NFL combine.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Price are start at $25 and hr per student.
How did you get started teaching?
My Coach/weight trainer introduce me to working out and conditioning the body.

Middle School and High School students.

Getting the students together and giving back to the homeless.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Figure out what you are trying to/want do and get the trainer to address it. Speak up and be true to yourself. It is a team effort. The trainer only can do so much. You as an Athlete have to do your part.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Again, what is it that he/she trying to do. Whether, you trying to play any sports or lose weight or gain weight. How or what I should do to go about getting a position on a team.
