What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After talking with the student or parent, we would meet at the agreed upon location. I like to see were the students head is about what they wish to accomplish. I then talk to them about what it takes to reach that goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified through the GA. High school association. I served as a shooting coach at a private christian school in Smyrna, GA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard rate is 50 - 55 hr. And 45 hr for two or more hrs. I also have group rates that depend on the size of group and number of hrs.
How did you get started teaching?
I began as a community coach on a volunteer basis. I also coach in a rec. League.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with everything from a beginner, to an n.b.a. player. To show that my students have learned my method, I have them shooting with a blind fold on...
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have hosted several clinics this summer...i had 14 of my nost recent 16 stidents to make there prospective varsity teams...
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise you to make sure that your area of need is provided by that coach...try to get beyond all the hype and see if there are real results.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They can access there weakness or sign up for an accessment session...
