About
We provide high quality training and instant feedback. Most athletes see improvement in their game after only 1-2 sessions.
Seeing the athlete do things that they did not think was possible!
I had an athlete that could not do push-ups and only after 3 sessions, He became stronger and more confident. Which in turn created a better experience on the court.
One athlete was on the team, but was not getting in the game unless his team was either winning by 30 points or losing by 30 points. After working out with me for just 10 sessions, he became a starter.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As a Martial Artist and black belt, I understand the importance of discipline, which is essential in life as well as sports. Therefore I take the same approach in my sessions.
From being on time, (typically 10-15 minutes before the session), being ready to start (fully dressed), to not leaving early without an acceptable reason.
At the first session, I will ask questions to learn what the athlete wants to accomplish and their expectations.
I will also do an assessment of the skills the athlete displays at the first session and then customize a work out plan that includes the recommended number of sessions per week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching basketball for 17 years at the middle school and high school levels, but have also trained college athletes, some of which now play basketball professionally.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a set standard method of pricing. I like to customize each session depending on what the athlete needs.
How did you get started teaching?
I realized in 2001 that I had a passion for coaching. But not just being on the sideline calling out plays and discussing X's and O's, but more so developing athletes who want to learn how to play basketball the right way.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with males and females from age 8 and up. I work with athletes who are beginners to professional athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A young athlete came to me after being cut from his school's junior varsity basketball team and told me he was embarrassed and wanted to get better. We worked hard for the entire year. The next year not only did he make the Varsity team, but he was on the starting 5!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be ready to work hard and give 100% effort every session!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
